Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture,
• Experience in project development processes within Kadıköy, Üsküdar, and nearby districts,
• Knowledge of urban transformation projects and related regulations,
• Ability to conduct project feasibility and preliminary architectural studies,
• Experience in developing apartment floor plans and layout alternatives,
• Ability to interpret zoning plans, planning notes, and construction regulations,
• Familiarity with municipality and permitting processes,
• Strong architectural and aesthetic perspective,
• Strong technical problem-solving skills,
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related architectural software,
• Strong communication and teamwork skills,
• Able to work actively in an office environment,
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing project processes efficiently.

Job Description

• Conduct preliminary feasibility and architectural studies for urban transformation projects,
• Support land and building analysis processes,
• Develop alternative apartment layouts and floor plans,
• Participate actively in proposal preparation and project presentation processes,
• Contribute to architectural concept and spatial planning studies,
• Coordinate technical aspects of project development processes,
• Follow municipality approvals and technical procedures,
• Support project visualization and presentation works.
